PavLove. Coming soon

iPhone & Apple Watch

Snacks happen. PavLove helps.

Most snacking isn’t a decision. It’s a hand moving before you notice — the second helping, the evening graze, the bag you meant to close. PavLove feels that reach on your Apple Watch and taps your wrist, gently, while you can still choose.

How it works

A quiet loop between your hand and your attention.

1

Start a session

Open PavLove on your watch and begin. It runs quietly in the background while you go about your day.

2

Your watch notices the reach

Its motion sensors recognise the hand-to-mouth arc — the particular motion of food on its way to your mouth.

3

A gentle tap

The moment it catches the motion, your wrist gets a soft haptic cue. Not a shock. A nudge back to the choice.

A look inside

Quiet on the wrist, clear on the phone.

Your watch does the noticing. Your iPhone keeps the picture of how the day is going, and what your week actually looks like.

History Your streak, and fourteen days of eating measured against the allowance you actually earned.

Your patterns The hours you really reach for food. Most people are surprised by their own evening.
PavLove on Apple Watch showing 840 kcal left and the message: watching for hand-to-mouth

On the watch there is almost nothing to do. Start a session, and PavLove sits quietly reading the motion of your wrist — fifty times a second — for the particular arc of a hand travelling to a mouth.

When it catches one, you feel a short–long–short tap. That rhythm belongs to PavLove alone, so you will never mistake it for a message. And if it gets one wrong, two buttons let you tell it so — which is how it learns your habits rather than an average stranger’s.

Eaten and burned

A budget that moves with your day.

Most calorie apps hand you a fixed number in the morning and let you find out at midnight how you did. PavLove works from what you have actually eaten and actually burned, recalculated as the day goes — and it stays completely quiet until you are near the line.

Your targetSuggested from your height, weight, age and sex — and never below a safe floor.
+
BurnedThe energy your Apple Watch already records all day. A long walk genuinely buys back room.
EatenRead from Apple Health, so whichever app you already log food in simply works.
=
Room leftThe only number you have to think about.

Under 90%

Silent. No taps, no nagging. PavLove does nothing at all while you have room to spare.

The last 10%

Armed. Your watch quietly begins watching, so the cue arrives before the line, not after.

Past the line

A tap per reach. Not to scold — to make an invisible moment visible while you can still choose.

Finish the day inside your budget and you get confetti, not silence. The research on habit change is unusually clear on this point: noticing a moment and being credited for a good one does far more than punishment ever has.

What sets PavLove apart

Everyone else is early, late, or asking you to buy a bracelet.

Food logging apps know what you ate, hours later. Shock bracelets know nothing at all until you press the button yourself. PavLove is the only one paying attention at the moment your hand moves.

Nothing to buy, nothing to charge

No second wristband, no gadget to remember. If there is an Apple Watch on your arm, you already own the hardware.

It learns your wrist

Tell it when it was wrong and when it missed one. Those corrections train it on how you move, not on an average.

Your data stays yours

Everything lives on your iPhone and watch. No account to create, no server, nothing uploaded, nothing sold.

Careful about who it’s for

A short, standard screening question set runs before any calorie target. If it isn’t right for you, PavLove turns those features off and points you somewhere better.

Gentle by design

Kind, not cruel.

PavLove borrows the idea behind Pavlovian conditioning but keeps it humane. There is no jolt and no punishment, just a quiet tap that helps your attention catch up with your hands. You set the strength, from a barely-there awareness tap to something firmer, and you can stop any time.

It runs on the Apple Watch you already wear. No extra hardware, no wristband to buy, no two-hundred-dollar gadget. The watch on your arm is the whole device.
